Vera Apartments with Sea view and Old town view

Very clean, comfortable apartment in a great location, small balcony looking out to the sea.

Street Parking could sometimes be a bit of a problem, you would always get a space but it maybe further up the road, on the plus side it was very cheap.

The apartment was readily available on arrival, beautiful design, brand new, comfortable bed, fabulous location and view over the Roman Forum in Zadar. The host was super pleasant, kind and approachable. Can't recommend this place enough and would book again if in Zadar.

The location of the apartment is a showstopper. Centrally located, close to the sea organ and greetings to the sun. The old town is just a few steps away. It has a proximity to all local attractions. Couple of supermarkets closeby. The apartment is well stocked. Has everything required for a short as well long stay and feels like a home away from home. The owner stays just a few blocks away and Laura, in the neighborhood is super friendly and helpful as well. The apartment is on the third floor without a lift but it wasn't a problem with us and we knew about it when we booked our stay. The advantage is the view of the promenade from the balcony. Breathtaking view of the Adriatic sea which made our mornings and evenings memorable. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for memorable holidays in Zadar.

Everything was perfect.

2 separate bedrooms plus a living room (also available for sleeping). Balcony for sitting and drying clothes. 5 minutes walk to sea organ. Washing machine. Very clean property and linens.

Cash payment only which we didn’t realize. Up three floors with no elevator which could be an issue for bad knees or other mobility problems.

This apartment is on the third floor of a block of flats. We did not mind the 60 steps (we carry rucksacks) because you reaped the benefit from the stunning views from the balcony. It is in the perfect location for the sunset and the promenade. The place was very well equipped with kitchen utensils, pans etc. The tv also has netflix which is a bonus. We loved staying there as it was near to the sea organ, church, shops and cafe bars. Also the bus back to the airport was only a 5 minute walk away. The owner and the cleaner who lives next door were very charming and amenable. Thanks to you both! x

The ground floor entrance was not very inviting but once you were inside the accommodation our worries melted away.
