Having no wait staff by pool areas or having to use CCard every time I wanted drink or food while spending all day at pool

Nice property very clean and lovely service nothing was a problem but pool could be colder it was so hot and no sunscreen provided to guests for such a hot climate I think this is something that should be available even to buy if not supplied

Faciliteiten, stijl en sfeer en strand en hele vriendelijke hotel mederwerkers en managers.

In Vietnam in het algemeen moet je wennen aan dat ze geen engels kunnen goed verstaan of spreken. Er zijn gelukkig managers zoals Hoi of personeel zoals Gemma die wel best goed konden begrijpen en spreken. Gebruik voor andere een vertaal app en dan kom je meestal een heel eind. Vietnamese zijn in het algemeen geduldige en respectvolle mensen.

the hotel represents good value for money, but it isn't a 5 star hotel by any international standard, I would say it is a solid 3.5 star. The location is good for Hoi An, the staff are friendly and the breakfast was good, especially the various coffees that are available, if you're into coffee.

Overall the property is rather tired and in need of updating. It's also very large and a bit impersonal. The biggest issue that we had was a siren which went off in our bathroom throughout the night, 1am, 4am, 7am - something to do with the air conditioning apparently. Although they did their best to fix it, they were not successful and we had broken sleep throughout the three nights that we were there. I would say the hotel has the feel of a holiday camp about it and definitely not a five star hotel.

Friendly staff and luxurious facilities that made for a perfect honeymoon stay. Incredible buffet breakfast selection too.

Food and drink prices reflected resort style but this was to be expected - not a huge down point.
