Usual benefits of staying in a star property.

Was disappointed by staff's attitude at checkout when they charged me VND 150k for a simple laundry bag. During all my previous international stays, I had been getting a complimentary laundry bag to keep all the soiled clothes. However, this property made me pay for it.

The hotel’s location and pool areas were excellent. Being close to the beach was a major advantage and contributed positively to our stay. However, the room did not match the photos shown during booking. It felt noticeably older and more worn than expected, which was disappointing for a hotel in this category. In addition, while some staff members were friendly and helpful, a few lacked a customer-oriented approach and did not provide the level of service we would expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall, the property has strong potential thanks to its location and facilities, but improvements in room quality and service consistency would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Really comfortable bed. Lovely beach location with a good supply of sunbeds on beach and on grass area. There is a lovely seafood restaurant 25 metres up the beach with super food and locally owned

The resort had some amazing musicians and performers by pool at dinner. They were drowned out by noise from pool. Do not close your beachfront eating area so early.

Great pools, beach facilities and close to An Bang (5 minute taxi or 20 min walk) and Hoi An old town (10-20 min taxi traffic dependent)

Very large, quite a lot of coach parties so just worth being aware of how big but it served us well as a base.
