Really close to all the entertainment near by, very spacious caravan with everything we needed for our weekend away.

The location was key for us, given we are all of a certain age and needed to be in walking distance of the amenities, which we were. The cost of the caravan was also competitive compared to similar locations.

There were a few small issues like, when we arrived, we found that the table hadn't been wiped down and had one or two sticky patches, the light fitting in the twin room was broken in the ceiling recess, so there was no light in that room. However, on the second day we discovered a bedside lamp in another room, which we were able to use as a substitute. And there was no loo brush in the second toilet, so we bought a replacement and left it there for the next visitors.

Conveniently situated for my parents regarding walking. Everything we needed was close by.

The location of the caravan site

The caravan was marked as heated but the gas fire barely worked u had to be right infront of it to feel the warmth there was 2 heaters situated in the bathrooms the bedroom had a heater but hardly let any heat out over all the caravan was very cold. The boiler didn't work so there was no hot water had to boil kettle for washes and wash pots. Other than that the caravan was clean and had things ud need if was cooking ect. Short walk to beach and fantasy island. So location was spot on.
