Amazing location, bright and beautiful interior, friendly staff, nice bathroom, spacious apartment, and nice balcony.

I would not say a lot, because I enjoyed the stay, but I would prefer to clean it better, because of the dusty wardrobe and floor.

Not so far from the centre, bath, good Wi-Fi, big room

It was really disappointing experience from the beginning, because when you arrive at the property - person on the reception tell you, that they have hotel and apartments, and it’s really hard to understand, what exactly you are booking at the moment, we wanted to book the hotel room with the service, but it was an apartment booking. Secondly, we’ve got the key from completely different room - it was smaller, without fresh repair, not stylish, without bath, without garden view, and also without fireplace and jacuzzi, they were in the description of the room. We were really unhappy with such things and requested different number, because on the photos of our booking was completely different number. The person from reception agreed with us and without any apologies told that he agreed, number is different, he has only one photo of room when someone make a reservation and you should choose the number when you will arrive. The person told for us that they have only 1 free apartments, showed it and we agreed, it was a bit better than original ones, but it was just bigger and has the bath, that’s it. Thirdly, we were upset about accessories in the room - just 2 big towels for 2 persons, but should be 4, no classic wine glasses, we bought it by ourselves, no classic cups for tea/coffee, and tea/coffee were absent as well. Soap is not liquid and it’s really uncomfortable. So, lot of small things which you expect in every staying and got it, but not here. Truth be told, these apartments were booked by price ~65$ per night because of bunch of discounts and it’s already not valuable for this money, original price was about 130$ and it’s extremely crazy price for these apartments. Location is not good, yes, it’s not so far from the centre, but nearby almost nothing, and it’s also on the hill.

Comfort , design and the cleanness, it is very good value for money as well

Only one bathroom in the apartment

Extremely modern and comfortable apartments in a good location - as someone who goes in and out of Tbilisi regularly I will be staying again! The apartments are very modern and clean - the lighting is fantastic, the facilities are comfortable and generally they are quiet and pleasant to stay in. I was very glad I chose to stay hear whilst I was unwell as the large, bright apartments made being stuck indoors a lot less depressing! As a regular traveller to Tbilisi who likes having a good space to both cook and work it was ideal and I will be staying again! The added benefits of the attached hotel (e.g. when I needed to print some work documents) as opposed to a standalone rental property came in handy!

A few small comments, but nothing that took away from the experience! - The listings mention a fireplace and a hot tub. I'm not sure who wrote this but I didn't see either of these anywhere - please update to ensure accuracy! - The flats could do with a few more soft furnishings / plants / pictures on the walls to reduce the echo (as they are modern with clean walls and concrete floors, noise echoes and small sounds such as chairs being moved on the floor in another flat do have a habit of carrying through and waking you up!)

Big new apartment in a new building. Good location. Big bed and comfortable!

A lot of missing things in the apartment. Kitchen equipment like sope, cleaning materials, even not salt and paper. No items for dish washer. Or kitchen towel, Even not a tool to open a wine bottle.. So we needed to buy those things just for 5 days. Apartment felt a little bit empty. The walls was clean and empty so it feels a little bit strange. No pictures or any accessories. For a place that considered himself a "Luxury" Need to add more funutire and accessories to make the apartment more cozy and comfortable. But overall it was OK and we stayed there almost a week.
