The property is just exceptional! Our apartment with a balcony was extremely comfortable, clean, stylish and just amazing! David was extremely helpful and a great host! We even changed some our plans to stay longer in this wonderful place to enjoy Tbilisi. Location is great as well! I highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to have a great time in this exciting city!

We arrived at 4 am. The hotel has 24 hour check in. The lady at check in. Was so lovely. Even in the middle of the night. Went out of her way to escort us to the apartment. Show us everything at the apartment. And provide all relevant information. 10/10 for service from everyone at the hotel. 5 minute walk to carrefour. 5 minute walk to the main city centre Taxis available with one one minute of booking on bolt.

Nothing to complain about.

"Simply one of the best apartments in Tbilisi"

1) It’s really close to Rustaveli metro station and thus - City Center. 2) It has all necessary amenities for a long stay - a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washer. 3) We lived in the apartments with two separate balconies large enough to allow you to enjoy city view while taking coffee or lunch. 4) We should separately highlight how well-organised is the lighting in the apartments. These are small details which matter when you decide to opt for certain apartments for long-terms. 5) Really nice bed and mattress.

There was just one minor minus - low WiFi in the bedroom. We stayed on the 4th floor and the internet was good only in the living room. We didn’t contact the staff at the time of our stay about this problem - we are sure the could have helped if we asked them.
