Second time here. No problem with the property.

Left dirty laundry in our room which we thought were clean, and during our stay in the Konea Towers both water shut off and pesticide spraying occurred. We had to make changes to our itinerary to be out of the property. not enough self parking.

Great view.

Fridge wouldn’t get cold enough. Freezer melted everything, despite our attempts to make it work. Furniture was older. Beds advertised as 3 kings and a queen fold out couch. They were 2 kings, one double, and no fold out couch. Small fouton could hold a child under 8 only. Er had to rent a cot.

It was very clean, pools were lovely, easy to navigate and great beach access.

Good and drinks are expensive

We like they are suites that are fully stocked like a vacation rental.

The change of ownership or management was not positive. It was much better when we could walk down and talk to someone at the front desk. Our room was not in a location we requested but no changes could be made because of the rental management company. That was frustrating.
