1. Room layout and size. 2. Kitchen super handy 3. balcony was great. 4. The beach is magic and easy to get to get to. 5. The food at Dukes is amazing 6. The in-house convenience store is very handy

1. The check in staff were rushed and rude 2. No housekeeping service for a 5 day stay even after front desk said there was. 3. Staff at the beach shack always seemed to be bothered by you if you asked a question. 4. Staff at dukes were 50/50. Seemed put out to be serving. 5. Lack of umbrellas next to pools 6. Ridiculous pricing of Cabanas. One of two sources of shade. They cost so much they were all empty. Always.

The Location, the View, the amenities

The condo was very dirty. Lots of trash under the furniture, the balcony was very dirty, the kitchen was not all well furnished, the patio furniture was not comfortable and old. The condo needs cleaning and all the furniture and kitchen wares need updated

That was right on the beach with plenty of other beaches to go too. Also having a kitchen.
