The hotel was spacious and quite clean, with friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere — a big plus when traveling with a child. Most of the guests were families with kids, so we felt right at home. There’s a small grocery store on-site and a larger one within a 10–15 minute walk. The property has three pools, each between 1 and 4 feet deep. None ever felt crowded, though we usually returned to our room between noon and 3 p.m. We were provided with a pack-n-play and a high chair, which saved us from bringing our own. And the mountain view? Absolutely beautiful.

We did encounter a few roaches in the kitchen, which was disappointing. The check-in experience was also frustrating. We were told we'd be notified when the room was ready, but that notification never came. Although we arrived about an hour before check-in time, we ended up waiting for over an hour and still couldn't access the room. After several calls with support, we were finally able to check in.

A map of the property would have been helpful before or upon arrival. I was dropped off at the wrong building by my Uber and had to walk with my luggage in the dark and had trouble finding my way to the other building

Very spacious, well kept, clean, excellent supplies and condition of kitchen materials. Top of the line appliances and AC.

Had to hold down the toilet handle in 515 to flush the toilet and the bottom of the shower door was dirty from sand accumulation, but not deal breakers.

Nice pool area that was fun Dukes was great to have close by. Staff was excellent everywhere we went. Grounds are pretty & clean.

Not enough grills for quests, we ended up cooking in our condo or going out. Pool towels ran out daily & waiting for more was long. Lots of ants, we rented a cabana & it was loaded, no discount was given even thought we did the clean up. I understand not using sprays around the pool, but a good cleaning at night or early am would have helped a lot.

Very beautiful, lots of flowers and rooms are spotless.

Valet person not there after 10pm, have to wait. The view is “ocean” but mostly it’s just the other side of the hotel.
