It’s well located, the facilities were nice and clean

The staff is not properly trained. I arrived with my family after a long flight asking for my room and they were not helpful with my booking. They just asked me to contact booking as they didn’t have a way to know my room number or code to access the suite. The staff were very rude and they just said this place was not a hotel but a rental property. Just one guy ended us assisting me after I offered a tip and he helped me finding the room and the code to access. Booking never responded to my texts asking for help or gave me any details about my arrival through the app previously to my arrival. We had a really bad time starting our holiday. This should not be happening considering the price you are paying for these luxury villas.

The property is beautifully. The staff was kind and helpful. The pools were amazing. I loved being able to look out at the ocean every morning.

The room was great, but it might be time for an upgrade on the sofa bed. I do appreciate having it there.

Generally liked the location/condo. Really liked the lanai. The furnishings were pretty. Liked the Vitamix! Liked the stainless steel pans. Thankful for the coffee! Liked the beach chairs and cooler, thanks! Liked the pools/hot tubs and general gardens. Liked Dukes so close. Love the walking path beside beach.

Furniture on lanai was "shot", needs repair, or replacing. NO HAND TOWEL HOLDERS in bathroom was a fail, please address this. At this level of accommodation I would have expected lotion. Would have appreciated a throw blanket or 1 more extra blanket as it was MUCH cooler than expected during the storm. Were you aware that the drawers next to bed don't stay closed? The drawers kept falling open, must not be aligned correctly? And we did not get the code until we called after arrival...confused, weren't we supposed to get that info prior to arrival? Still, we enjoyed the visit.

I love this location. Beautiful sunsets every night. Big local food truck area 5 min walk away. Very family oriented, the pool areas are busy with kids and parents most of the day, with lots of sunbathers too. The three hot tubs are a treat, especially evenings. The ocean swimming can be tricky with a rocky bottom near the beach, but past that the snorkeling is better than expected. Best at high tide. I was there end of Jan/Feb, so whale sounds underwater were clear! The grounds are pristine, walkway almost all the way down to Black Rock. Plenty to do and avoid the Kihei traffic, plus a great way to support the locals and the Lahaina community.

There was a major tropical storm, but fortunately the rooms were comfortable. The runoff made the surf toxic for a few days, so it was a really good thing to have the pools. One really good day of sun. Lost my prescription eye glasses and a of couple rings, but that was totally my own fault. Still I hate leaving.

All pools were too crowded to enjoy, couldn't even find a chair to use A/c was programmed poorly so didn't have A/C for first 24 hours. Didn't have hot water for 1 1/2 day hot water heater problem. Toaster was broken
