We enjoyed our stay overall. The apartment was comfortable, well-located, and exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable, and despite some comments mentioning noise, we did not experience any disturbance at all. The windows provide excellent sound insulation, making the apartment quiet and pleasant. The location was also very convenient for exploring Thessaloniki.

The main issue was the presence of ants throughout the apartment, including the bathroom. There were enough ants that we felt compelled to keep all of our belongings and food sealed inside our bags during the entire stay. Unfortunately, this prevented us from feeling truly at home or fully comfortable in the apartment. We strongly recommend that the property be professionally treated for pests as soon as possible, as this would significantly improve the guest experience.

The place is in the centar of the citty, walking distance from the port side, restaurant and shops, there is big parkig lot close to the facilities where a car can be left 24/7. The place was very clean and in ultra modern design. The host was always reachable via WhatsApp. There was easy chech in and out.
