Our hosts Caroline and Richie were amazing, so welcoming. This property is fantastic with everything you will ever need for your break. So clean and comfy. The hot tube to use each day is so relaxing and enjoyable. The location of this property is perfect for the beaches and the New Forest. Our hosts recommended a couple of places to eat, the White Hart and the Lamb and Lion. Both newly redecorated and the food was brilliant.

"Wonderful, warm and welcoming"

We loved the hot tub, comfy beds and amazing, lovely, attentive hosts.

The only, very minor negative we could find about it this wonderful place was that it could have done with some black out curtains as we were up with the sun - however the early wake up was negated by coffee in the hot tub!

The hot tub was excellent and there were a lot more facilities in the room than I expected. The hosts were excellent at communication and very flexible about arrival times etc. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible

Nothing really. The only thing I'd say is that the photos didn't do the room or the garden justice. Also there were more facilities available than were listed and, if we'd known those were available, we might have brought different stuff.

Unfortunately the hot tub was very scummy so didn't feel comfortable staying in it. Other than that the annexe was very clean and comfortable.

"A perfect way to relax and unwind"

The communication from the host was exceptional, on arrival a very friendly greeting , the annexe was spotless . It included everything we needed plus bottled water and milk. The hot tub was exceptional set in a beautiful garden surrounded by fairy lights. It was so quite and calm i cannot recommend this property enough. We left feeling completely relaxed. Will defiantly be booking again.
