"Cosy, comfortable and clean"

The property was clean and well equipped. Hot tub was easy to access and clean. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and gave us complete privacy throughout our stay - you wouldn’t even know you were staying in an annex! They allowed us use of the driveway for parking and provided tea, coffee, milk and bottles of water. Excellent location for the town, new forest walks and pubs. They had useful information about the local area and we felt comfortable throughout. Shower has a lot of space for movement. Appliances in kitchen were great - we could have spent the weekend completely within the property and not ventured out! Close to shops as well.

Loved the hot tub. The hosts were very accommodating and thoughtful. Cozy bed and overall a lovely place to stay. Many thanks to Caroline and Richie for a comfortable and welcome stay. Will definitely book again.

"Great little place centrally located"

The location is great. The New Forest is gorgeous and you’ll be right in the heart. We loved a glass of sparkly in the hot tub.

The kitchen isn’t really suited to heavy duty cooking. We struggled to prepare a meal but perfectly adequate for breakfast and lunches.
