Little Gem on Bridgnorth's Cartway. River Views

A lovely, small, self contained cottage in a great location at the top of Cartway, just below the High Street at Bridgnorth. Ideally situated for visiting the old town cafe's, shops, pubs & restaurants. Just a short walk to the river or the Severn Valley Railway. Spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. A welcoming basket containing bread, cakes & biscuits. Breakfast items also included. Garden with great views over river & the hills the other side of the valley. Powerful shower. Powerful wi-fi. Lots of information on places to eat, drink & visit. Great communications from the host. Wood burner & fuel set up ready for lighting in the colder months. We had a very comfortable & pleasant stay.

All was great. Narrow spiral staircase would not be suitable for some people.

Lovely location, easy walk to High Street shops and great view.

Parking is always going to be a problem in such narrow streets. The town, of course, wasn't designed for cars !!

A real little Gem. Great facilities in the cottage, everything you need. With lots of personal touches. lots of information for walks, restaurants, pubs. gorgeous views. Cosy and inviting.

Not really anything to dislike, a blind or something at the front window maybe as if you open the shutters, it’s a busy street and people can look in.
