"Pleasant"

Situation of property.

Stairs very steep and winding. Bed uncomfortable for me. Bath was really high and struggled to get in/out for a shower. I'm 5ft 6in so anyone smaller would really have problems

"It really is a 'Little Gem'"

Very comfortable. Views from the garden were amazing. We felt totally at home. Everything is of an exceptionally high standard.

The bathroom is of an exceptionally high standard, but we found that the height of the bath made it difficult for us to get in and out. We are in our 60's and 70's so aren't as nimble as someone younger.

"Lovely cottage, noisy location"

Beautiful cottage, exceptionally equipped. Tastefully decorated and extremely clean.

Cartway is a rat run to the low town and on a Friday and Saturday night sadly it is extremely noisy with antisocial behaviour until the early hours. Not what we are used to.

"A lovely little spot with great views across the town."

Beautifully presented little cottage with lots of nice touches.

Only thing that needs attention in an otherwise spotless cottage is the cobwebs...lots of dusty webs in bedroom and kitchen that have been overlooked. Placing the rental details sign in the window means passers by stop to read and are basically staring in whilst you are sat on settee.
