We had a truly wonderful stay at Serenity Alpha Beach, and we can honestly say that everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, very well maintained, and located in a stunning setting. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and always impeccably clean. The food was excellent, with a great variety of choices every day, ensuring that there was always something new and delicious to try. The restaurants, bars, and overall service were outstanding. We also enjoyed the entertainment and activities offered throughout the resort. The staff in every area were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. What made our stay even more special, however, was the exceptional hospitality of Mr. Ahmed. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. He was always available whenever we needed assistance, offering help, advice, and support with remarkable kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure that our holiday was perfect, and his dedication to guest satisfaction is truly outstanding. Thanks to him, our stay was not only comfortable but also memorable in the best possible way. A heartfelt thank you to Ahmed and to the entire Serenity Alpha Beach team for making our holiday such a fantastic experience. We highly recommend this resort and would be delighted to return in the future.

Bonjour tout était exceptionnel du début à la fin encore merci à l'hôtel aux équipes et à tout ce qui nous ont proposé. Tout était propre, tout était agréable. Et ce qui était proposé était bien au-delà de nos attentes. La nourriture était diversifiée, l'ambiance était nickel. Il y avait à la fin à la fois de l'ambiance, Le personnel venait régulièrement nous voir pour s'assurer que nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, il n'y a vraiment rien à dire 10 sur 10 nous reviendrons et nous recommanderons cet hôtel à tout notre entourage, s'ils viennent ici. Encore merci à LARINA Pour tous ces services son hospitalité et sa gentillesse, professionnalisme et merci de nous avoir aidés et d'avoir rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement.

I hesitated for a long time before choosing the perfect hotel in Hurghada to rest after a week of intense visits. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, the rooms were clean with thoughtful little touches, and the snorkeling opportunities were a good suprise. The buffet and various restaurants offered a great variety, and the quality of the evening shows was very good. With both quiet pools and lively ones with music and animations, there’s something for everyone. Highly recommended!

Nous revenons d’un fabuleux séjour en famille au Serenity Alpha Beach à Hurghada, et nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir de ces vacances ! Nous étions un grand groupe familial avec 4 chambres alignées, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus convivial et confortable. Dès notre arrivée, tout le personnel a été absolument adorable et aux petits soins avec nous : toujours souriant, disponible, bienveillant et attentif au moindre détail. L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre, parfaitement entretenu, avec une ambiance à la fois calme et chaleureuse. Les espaces piscine et plage sont très agréables, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel de restauration et des équipes de plage. Mais le véritable joyau de cet hôtel est sans hésitation son incroyable récif corallien accessible directement depuis le ponton. Pour les amateurs de snorkeling comme nous, c’était tout simplement magique ! Une eau limpide, des coraux superbes et une multitude de poissons colorés à observer chaque jour… un vrai aquarium naturel. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’atmosphère conviviale de l’hôtel, idéale pour se détendre en famille. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe du Serenity Alpha Beach pour ce séjour inoubliable. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête… et une seule envie : revenir !
