We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The beach and the beautiful coral reefs were truly amazing and made the experience even more special. The atmosphere was very calm, relaxing, and perfect for a peaceful vacation. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim was extremely kind, professional, and attentive. He checked on us regularly to make sure everything was perfect and generously invited us to the à la carte restaurant, which was an excellent experience. The service and cleanliness were outstanding throughout the entire stay. All the staff members were friendly, welcoming, smiling, and always willing to help. The food was also very delicious with a great variety of options every day. A very special thanks to the animation team, who truly brought life and positive energy to the hotel. They were friendly, fun, cheerful, and organized very enjoyable activities that created a lively and entertaining atmosphere. They honestly added so much joy and made the stay even more memorable.

The only thing I noticed is that the hotel seems to be more suitable for older guests or couples without children. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Le personnel, le buffet, les piscines, l’ambiance, la propreté, la gentillesse des personnels etc.

Tout était nickel je n’ai pas eu de soucis.

Magnifique hôtel, avec plage et piscines splendides. Chambres modernes, complètement équipées. Personnels hôteliers à l’écoute, serviables et gentils. Magasins, pharmacie, activités sur place.

Arnaque par le service de taxi au sein de l’hôtel !!!! Le vendeur de service de taxi change ses prix et les modalités à tout moment, ne tient pas ses promesses, s’énerve quand on essaie de s’expliquer avec lui. Ne pas faire confiance, à fuir. Trop de sollicitations sur la plage par des hommes (massage, activités sportives/nautiques et aquatiques, ventes de bijoux et boissons, etc). Toutes les 5min, un homme venait nous solliciter pour nous vendre un service, c’était fatiguant à la longue - surtout quand on vient à la plage pour se détendre)

El trato del personal es inmejorable! Me encantaría decirle de nuevo muchas gracias a Mohamed de la recepción que nos ayudó en todo, estuvo súper atento a todas nuestras necesidades, se portó genial con nosotros y nos sirvió de ayuda para las excursiones poniéndose en contacto con los conductores que nos recogían. Gracias también al camarero de la piscina de la zona de niños Ahmed, se portó de maravilla con mi bebe y siempre estuvo atento a todo para que no nos faltara de nada en la piscina. El chico que venía a la habitación, dejaba siempre animalitos con flores para mi bebé y siempre jugaba con ella en la mañana. Sin duda muchas gracias por todo
