Serenity Alpha Beach - Ex Serenity Makadi Beach

It was beautiful, the gardens were well looked after, the foyer was grand. The staff were the best! Especially Mohamed on reception, Mohamed & Mohamed at the beach restaurant and Khaled who worked on the bar next to the beach restaurant. We loved our stay and would absolutely come again.

There was some work going on in the hotel while we were here. However I think we were out of season and they need to do renovations at some time. The noise was minimal and didn’t impact the quality of our stay.

Tágas a szoba, gyönyörű a kert, nagyon finom és változatos az étel, jó programok vannak, szuperek az animátorok, mindenki kedves volt!

Ha valamit keresni kell, akkor a szoba bútorzata egy kicsit kopott.

Well kept and clean hotel, nice activities and good variety of food options. The room is spacious and the bed is super comfortable. Cleaning was also perfectly done. We enjoyed our time in this hotel and the restaurants as well. Perfect for families, but only if you have access to the kids pools as well, this hotel only has deeper pools and beach access.

We had issues with the WiFi all the way, after we told them it improved a bit then again problems, outdoor coverage was also really weak. We had issues with the hot water too, that was fixed after flagging it multiple times. There is no service at the beach beds like in other hotels around. Vendors did not care about the do not disturb sign and still pushed on their services.

Le personnel était très accueillant, la chambre confortable et l’emplacement idéal. Très bon séjour pour notre lune de miel.

Rien de particulier, notre séjour s’est très bien passé.

La struttura è grande, ma non esageratamente. In 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge tutto. Gli spazi esterni sono curati, le piscine molto belle e la camera era molto spaziosa e pulita. La camera viene pulita quotidianamente in maniera molto accurata. Nei ristoranti c’è molta scelta, si mangia abbastanza bene tenendo conto dei miei standard italiani sul cibo, ho apprezzato diverse pietanze. Il buffet dei dolci è un piacere per gli occhi oltre che per il palato, veramente bellissimo. La differenza rispetto ad altre strutture che ho visitato in Egitto la fa il personale. Sono tutti formidabili, gentili, disponibili e con il sorriso sulle labbra. Anche i ragazzi che propongono le escursioni sono sempre gentili ed educati, se non sei interessato non sono mai insistenti, se invece vuoi acquistare delle escursioni ti spiegano tutto in maniera chiara. In generale il mio giudizio è molto positivo, ci tornerei.

Se avete necessità di essere connessi, la wi fi non è il massimo. Per me non è stato un grosso problema, ma in alcune aree dell’hotel funziona veramente poco, vi consiglio di avere una sim. Alcune aree dell’hotel ed alcuni dettagli potrebbero essere migliorati, per essere all’altezza di tutto il resto. Ad esempio alcuni lettini sulla spiaggia un po’ fatiscenti, ombrelloni usurati un po’ dal tempo e strutture da rimodernare un po’ come le scale di accesso alle camere, corridoi interni, che stonano con il resto, ma nulla che vada poi ad incidere sul benessere generale del soggiorno.

Gostamos de todo o serviço em geral , desde a recepção com um atendimento esclarecedor pondo-nos logo á vontade , num espaço com qualidade . A alimentação com muita variedade, e com muitas opções , fosse para comer em esplanadas , nos vários restaurantes, interior ou exterior. Todo o pessoal desde a receção, serviço de limpeza de quartos, atendimentos em restaurantes ou esplanadas até ao pessoal dos bares e piscinas sempre com um sorriso e muito prestáveis. O pessoal da animação jovem e divertido , muito comunicativo. As apresentações de animação ao final do dia com bastante qualidade. Queria realçar uma pessoa que merece um obrigado especial, a menina La Rena, que nos ajudou em muitas das nossas dúvidas e necessidades durante a nossa estadia.

Séjour parfait. Service impeccable, serveur au top que ca soit à la piscine ou au restaurant. Le ménage des chambres étaient parfait.
