Parking ,size of property ! Location to Royal Infirmary ! Good base if you have anybody in hospital !

Could do with some usb charging sockets!!

Very convenient and cozy apartment 15 min from the city center. Plenty of space through the whole house and hot water and ample heating in cold months!!

Good sized accommodation, good kitchen / bathroom / lounge / bedroom facilities. Comfy beds, plenty of lighting, netflix compatible TV. Easy access via key lock at the front door. Tea, coffee and milk sachets on arrival. 20 min walk to a conference that we attended that week. Flexibility re parking our car, returned messages quickly.

Being picky - Cleanliness was really good but the rug in the lounge needed a hoover and the floor of the wardrobes in the bedrooms needed new carpet. There were no tea towels and bigger coffee cups would have been appreciated. Some little extras on arrival would have been much appreciated. (I arrived before my colleague and it was dark and no shops near by). Carton of milk, bread rolls and biscuits? However I didn't request or ask if there would be any snacks, I think these would have been provided on request.

Beds very comfortable , we found the location Perfect as we needed to be close to edinburgh hospital

Lots of space. Convenient parking and location.
