Beds were comfortable, location to bus stop into Edinburgh.

Garden was a mess with several areas of rubbish, beer packaging and cigarette butts and dog poo. Lack of wine glasses, tea towels (none existent ) and crockery not appropriate, no full sized dinner plates and no ordinary glassware. Location not particularly safe for two single women. The property was over priced for location and facilities. The property was advertised as having a garden, apart from it being a mess there were no tables and chairs in the garden, not that you would want to sit out in it.

It’s really cozy, has a lot of space, very clean, small kitchen with the necessary to eat something. Position is great, 10 min by car to the city center, well connected as well by public transportation. The photos are really accurate.

It was very cold because the heat was off and we needed some time to figure out where the controlling panel was - then it was all right 😂🙏🏻
