The contact details were labeled at the door. The code for the keys that had been given to us was incorrect but because of the number on the door, it was easy to get the code. There was plenty of eating utensils.

The iron and the ironing board were locked up behind a trelly door and so we could not use it. We could see it but we were informed that its only for the use by the cleaning staff. The facility was meant to be a self-catering facility and therefore you expect to get ironing board in a self-catering facility.

Position in the resort is perfect.

No walk in shower. We had an older person with us and it was very difficult to use the bath.
