It was nice that the beach was right there off of the pool

Honestly super dissatisfied with our stay. We didn’t have hot water three different days. We came into dirty dishes in the cupboards, we had to wash everything ourselves. The pictures that are on the booking do not have the same things that are actually in the unit. No leather couch or chair it’s two couches and an oversized chair that are covered in stains, and old. The table and chairs are different from the picture. It was very misleading to look at pictures and think we are walking into one thing and we walk into something completely different and more dated. The king sized bed was like sleeping on a bed of rocks, and for staying for four nights it was truly awful by night four. My bed at home is a medium/firm mattress and the one in the condo is basically just sleeping on the springs I almost would’ve rather slept on the stained up couch. In my opinion the picture from the balcony made it look like it was closer to the back of the property and more of an ocean view but it’s right off the elevator, close to the front. Still has a view, but mainly of construction, the walk out to the pool, and tops of trees with barely an ocean view. Also good to know would be that it’s $35 a day for the valet only parking. There’s a lot that’s self park and pay on the other side of the building to the right, it was only $10 for the day and we had no trouble having a spot even if we left in the middle of the day just make sure you set an alarm for yourself to restart the pay in the morning because they will tow you if you’re not paid up. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here unless they had no other options. Thought after reading the reviews it would be a good stay but just truly overall super unhappy with it and wish I would’ve known to just pay a little more or do a little more research on other places down there before booking this place.

Der Baulärm, Valet-Parking haben uns statt für 3 Nächte 1 Woche berechnet. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen von uns sollte das Geld zurück überwiesen werden. Aber 4 Wochen später wurde kein Geld erstattet. Ich habe diesbezüglich dem Hotel 3 Mails geschickt, habe aber keine Antwort erhalten. Das Geld ist weg!

Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji, przy samym morzu. Dwa fajne baseny czynne do 22. Przy hotelu przystanek autobusowy, który można było się dostać w obie strony Miami Beach. Duży TV z ekstra kablówką. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Był parasol plażowy , zabawki wodne.

Czasem mogliby odkurzyć basen z piasku na dnie. Brak marketu w okolicy, trzeba jechać kilka mil lub zamówić zakupy do lokalu.

For our family of four it was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. We enjoyed our stay. It gave me old Miami vibes, a nostalgic feel. Two pools, bar and spa was nice. It was not over crowded with great access to beach.This is not the updated fancy unit, its nice, clean and comfortable for a family to relax in. I would rent this place again.

I wish there were more towels or information provided on the pool towel service in the unit. The front desk was nice but because this is a private rental not very informative. Also those wristbands they give for property access some worked and some didn't. Since it was four of us we were together most of the time so we used whichever worked. We heard other guest complaing on that same issue. Bar drinks and food pricey but this is Miami every place was high. Be smart if you here for a while buy food and drink outside resort. Last thing is parking is pricey, so if you have a vehicle there is valet but it's 40 a day. There is public parking a next to the hotel but that is at your own risk.

Not recommended at all

I loved the place it was clean and roomy for our family! The whole place was so nice. Pools and hot tubs were great and I loved the beach access.

The prices at the tiki bar were outrageous. Night Clubs in the area were 18 and older for females and 21 and up for males. CREEPY! Def not the place to take your son for high school graduation. The Pools could have been a little cleaner and the front desk would not give us more towels because it was an air BnB but of those are the worst things I could say I would still give a 5 star review.

Condo was in terrible condition, not only visual, but it was actually a hazard. Rusted nails were standing out in a floor divider, my son got a cut, owner only gave a small discount for the inconvenience. Electrical wiring exposed all over the place (cannot believe this is USA). Promised to repair it, they only removed the evidence and did nothing. Owner very hard to contact as the apartment is managed by an entity that just does admin support and they only promise to contact the owner for him/her to contact you in 48 hs. Be aware of this place!!

The property was very clean very spacious and very comfortable. Had a great time..

Could have used extra linen.
