It's not an apartment, but rather a sort of cellar. The photos are really misleading.

Super location. Right on Laugavegur, so ideally close to the top attractions of the city.

We were under the illusion that this apartment would just be for us, but when we arrived there was someone in the right next to ours. Not knowing this information beforehand gave us a lack of sense of security and we were constantly locking doors etc.

Price-quality ratio, excellent. The accommodation is in the city center. Clean room offers a nice place to sleep. However, it's definitely not the place to spend your stay in the room.

A very convenient location, right on Laugavegur, the city's main (historic) shopping street. Really nice to have our own kitchen, and a spacious bedroom with space to sit as well.

Noise in the floor above was a bit of an issue. There were kids stomping around, which didn't bother us too much, as they went to bed at a reasonable hour. However, we could hear the couple upstairs moving furniture and things around between midnight and 1am, and talking loudly. Once we knocked on the ceiling however, they were quiet. It would also help if the owners gave guidance on where to park, as this took a while to find. Parking on the right hand side of Njarðargata (facing away from the Hallgrim church), Freyjugata and other streets on the right side are all free, and only about a four minute walk from the apartment.
