Main street X-small, ensuite bathroom and own kitchen

Location.

As others have noted, the family above are noisy and the washing / dryer machines next door to our room were on late at night. If you can deal with the noise, this is an otherwise okay accommodation in downtown Reykjavík.

Not much

The place is at the basement, the kitchen very small. you can hear any noise from the second floor . Sine you have a long day travel want some rest , and relax . That was not the good place you want stay .

I really liked the bed.It was very comfortable and the blankets were very comfortable

The first night we stayed here. There was a lot of noise upstairs and it woke us up various times like somebody was pounding on the wall and things falling on the floor and a woman talking till 4 o'clock in the morning. But the second night was a lot better and it was very quiet.

The location was great

Front door doesn’t lock, the kitchen is not private and the host is very rude when you ask anything

The host was very kind and welcoming, also he did help us for anything we needed, we really appreciated it and it made our stay much better. The location is great, right in the center of Reykjavik, close to everything.

There is a family living upstairs and they make a lot of noise, people scream, kids run and are very noisy Next to the room is the laundry room for this family so they keep coming up and down the stairs and they seemingly don't care about making noise or not.

Perfect location, with all of facilities you need included and the host was very kind and available in case you need help :)

Location is very good

The accommodation is the basement of a house with straight above you a (big and noisy) family living there, complete with children screaming and loud music. The laundry machine is the family's laundry machine, the front door of the accommodation doesn't lock (bedroom door does). Fine for very short stay, would not go again.
