Very nice man, Fraser was waiting for us in front of the building to explain everything to us and give us the key. Building was secure with underground parking. Large apartment in a quiet location. Grocery stores around the corner.

Kitchen wasn't very clean. Toaster was full of bread crumbs, fridge wasn't clean. A dishwashing sponge or dishcloth and a drying towel would have been great. Completely dirty vacuum cleaner. Be careful when using the toaster, the smoke alarm goes off very quickly.
