Lazy Cuckoo Inn - Sleek and Stylish Studio Apartments

This is an airbnb accommodation: you get instructions by email on how to find the place, how to enter, etc. - so no staff to see. The location is quite good - close to both Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Island (do not miss the Bunchee Beach - quiet and only 8 mins away). There is a supermarket within walking distance and a Walmart nearby. We did have a few issues when we came (torn outdoor chair, etc.) but these were addressed quickly. The apartment is spacious enough for two people, but would be a stretch for more.

The apartment is quite spartan, the kitchen is quite small (though the induction cooktop works well). We stayed in a multi-apartment unit and the noise insulation was very poor. The outdoor space could be much improved with a BBQ and a better seating area.

The pictures on the site are different than the outside actually looks like, but the apt was very nice, clean, and quiet. We would highly recommend and will stay there again when travelling. i

The AC would reset back to 80 during the day while we were gone.

Friends got together to go sone shelling… accommodations were close to major roads and stores and restaurants. Apartments were duplex style.. we had neighbors but never heard any noise.

Large ooen room, comfortable bed, very clean and updated.

Area is a little questionable.

We totally enjoyed our stay here! The room was spacious and so very comfortable! It’s close to so many great places around the area! The parking is right outside the door.. the hosts directions were perfect. We felt safe and we would definitely choose The Lazy Cuckoo again!
