This is my first review while staying in an AirBnB. This unit appears to be a remolded duplex made into 4 smaller units. First the good news. The workmanship was quite good. The walls and ceilings were well done and the paint was silky smooth with no sign of roughness anywhere. The kitchen area was all brand new with an adequate number of cabinets, nice sink and small fridge. Flooring was again all new vinyl plank throughout. The TV was a Roku unit which offered both local channels and movie options. A small kitchen table and 2 chairs and a desk with an office chair were provided. The king size bed was comfortable. The bathroom, again all new, was adequate but lacked space for two people to put things necessary while traveling. The shower was a nicely tiled step in model but a bit narrow for my comfort. Weirdly, the shower had a tub diverter and not a dedicated shower faucet but still functioned ok. A live roach greeted us one morning, not uncommon in Florida, and was quickly dispatched down the shower drain. Now the bad news. The units are not clearly marked at all. Just an address on the building with no indication as to unit name or number. I had to try locks on two doors before finding our room. And the buildings are in an area of private homes and rentals. While not a bad area, a couple of the homes had trash piled up on the curb throughout our one week stay. And I found the door lock quite difficult to use. After being walked in on by another quest I contacted the manager. I was told rather rudely that all building information was contained in the lengthy document emailed to me. I informed the manager that not everyone will read everything contained in these documents and an effort should be made to inform guests IN THE ROOM how to use the door lock. Before I learned how to use the door lock I left the door unlocked multiple times thinking it locked when leaving. NOT A GOOD THING! Then there are the thin walls.

Bathroom needs an exhaust fan.

No recliners.
