Wonderful staff at all departments. They made our stay extremely pleasant. Will recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. The facilities were also excellent and very clean. Each and every staff deserves praises. Will definitely choose this hotel when we visit Munnar again.

"Great hotel for relax"

The room had a terrace with such a nice view. It was so peaceful, nice place for relax and the SPA procedures were amazing.

The pool has no ambarellas or any shades.

The breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the views were absolutely stunning, especially from the restaurant balcony where we enjoyed our meals. Above all, the staff at the reception and restaurant were outstanding. A special thank you to Sachin and Armpits for their exceptional service and care. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable!
