Lively Hotel On Oak Oklahoma City, Tapestry By Hilton

Not worth the money. Me, and my wife wanted to sleep away from the house for a night. 1st. Systems were down. Had to wait in line for 20-30 minutes to get checked in ( not a big deal) 2nd. Ordered food to be delivered. We had to meet driver downstairs because they can’t use elevators without a key card ( for safety reasons kind of understandable so we brushed that off) BUT. ZERO SLEEP SCREAMING guests. So we just packed up and left at 05:30. Beer bottles lined the halls to the elevators. I’d rather spend 1/2 the money to stay where there is at-least security roaming to prevent this from happening. I know the delivery driver would have at-least been quiet delivering our pizza. Guest come up from the bar connected to the hotel drunk and obnoxiously loud. I think security is highly advised at this establishment to avoid such disturbances. The chaos did not end until 4am. Zero stars would not recommend for a nice quiet stay. But if you are looking for an after party. Apparently 5th floor hallway is the place to be.

Once all of the construction in area is complete, this will be fantastic to go back to.

Centrally located in and near restaurants and shopping! Facility is brand new so obviously very clean And designs were nice

Uhhh well when you drive in it switches from the Hilton to the oak, and there are no signs so you don’t really know where you are going..: there is no bell deal so be prepared to bring up your own bags. When you walk in there is just an elevator and no signs and no signage on elevator buttons for front desk or where anything is. There is 1 restaurant it’s decent but nothing to walk away talking about. We stayed on the 7th floor our room was nice but there is a couch that takes up too much more by the window. Also they put the blind controller on the far side so we couldn’t find it to shut the blinds and the couch was in the way. The water pressure is not great and the hot water is mid temp not hot… Ooh and one more thing they don’t have a place to get coffee so we tried making it in the room but the coffee was in tea bags… which was not great. We come to resorts and hotels for simplicity, comfort and accommodations. Not to try to figure out where to checkin, what floor is what and to steep my coffee at 5am… also no one told us it was a “soft opening” so it would have been nice to know

The hotel is lovely and staff were very nice. Our bed and pillows were amazing. We were there on their “soft opening” and I feel like that information should have been on the website. Also, because there were several amenities not available, the price should have been discounted. The pool was not open, they did not have their liquor license yet and when I parked in the lot across the street I had construction managers telling me I needed to move my car because they were power washing the lot. So, again the hotel is lovely but they still had a lot of unfinished work to do.

In a still opening area. Lots of shopping around. Staff really great. Parking a hassle unless pay for valet. Nice breakfast menu. Pretty rooms. Had to ask for TP because they did not leave an extra roll in room.
