Lively Hotel On Oak Oklahoma City, Tapestry By Hilton

Wonderful for myself and/or with my wife, kids don’t deserve to stay here.

It was clean and the staff were nice. You have to pay to park even if you don’t use valet, which was weird but we did see security checking on the cars so that was nice at least. Check in was at 4 but they didn’t have a room available then, so we had to leave and come back an hour and a half later.

First time staying at the property and was absolutely amazing! Very classy interior, quite for the area it at, staff was incredible nice, bar had lots of options, valet was amazing with my car, restaurant looked like it had amazing fresh food(didn’t eat but saw their food and smelled amazing). Differently added to my go to places.

It is so refreshing to stay in a hotel where staff not only epitomizes “hospitality” but also seem to genuinely mean it!

Really bad service and attitude from the desk at the hotel. I will never book here again. As a local, I have also heard other disappointing issues with the hotel itself. Very sad for a new OKC business. I became ill and asked to reschedule my overnight stay. The male employee at the Lively desk (not main Hilton reservations) was incredibly smug with me and would not even consider looking up my reservation because I made it through Expedia (where I could not get past the virtual service which told me to call the hotel). I finally made it through Expedia’s virtual service - only to text with maybe a human and they told me they would call Lively to work it out. I was told it should be no problem. The day after I was to stay there, I was sent an email that Lively refused a refund or even any flexibility for me whatsoever. I have honestly never had that happen with a major hotel chain. It makes no sense - I would have gladly just moved it without a refund. I very rarely use services like Expedia, exactly for what happened here. NEVER again!

This Hotel is fabulous! 5 star service from the time we arrived! The restaurant food was exceptional…and we are foodies! The surrounding shops are still being constructed, but we enjoyed ALL that was already there! We will definitely return!
