Owner very responsive and communicates quickly. Reorganised my booking to make it more streamline and accommodating. Very happy with service! Neat and tidy, warm, safe. I liked the location, short walk from Gloucester Green bus station. Waitrose nearby

Nothing can be done about this but very thin walls, can hear other guests enter and exit etc which is ok unless they’re returning at 1:45am and are very loud

Exceptional value for money, exceeded all expectations

Location for our stay was good. Shower was excellent wit never ending hot water. Easy walking distance to town and a nice walk along the canal was enjoyable. Supermarket close by and a couple of restaurants within the immediate vicinity.

Bedroom was a lot smaller than depicted in the photos. Bed was really uncomfortable. Room was very warm but opening windows caused the sound of never ending traffic to be even louder than with windows shut. Also surprised at the length of time the toilet ran when we flushed - must cost an arm & a leg for water bills!
