NLLocation, quiet, no hassle, nice bed
Small room, basic bathroom
GBThe room was OK, comfy bed - table and chair - kettle - tea bags etc. Good size bathroom. Good towels. Good value for a single night, single person. Space for clothes was OK. Microwave good idea but no good without ant microwave specific plates or cups etc. Good TV to watch from bed.
Difficult getting in - too dark to see keypad outside - inside was also tricky getting the room key - it was very hard to get to because of major roads work in OXFORD - I had to take a 15 mil diversion around OXFORD - took me about 60 mins to effectively travel what should have been 5 miles, with virtually no traffic late evening. Car parking tricky at front of property. Shower over the bath which I don't like. No time control over heating so cold when I got up at 5:30pm. No toaster.

I live on a London street so some noise I'm used to, but this was really noisy - street traffic especially, and lots of noise from other peoples movements in the adjoining studios above, below and next to this studio (the sound proofing is non existent)! We didn't get a good nights sleep as a result.

FIThe location is a short walk away from the city center. Check-in and out was super easy with a key box. Free parking :)
The property is indeed noisy as the other reviews mentioned. Walls & floors are thin. Can hear every movement from the other guests and from the street. Unfortunately it could be a challenge when trying to sleep :(
