GBGood communication, and location Proximity to where I was attending in Oxford. Access to property was easy and straight forward. cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for.
Clean and fresh, but a bit grotty.

Not that near the centre, but okkk. Oh, and there is no toothbrush, toothpaste or shower gel.

It was a bit noisy in the evening but not too late. The bathroom was not cramped but not in brilliant repair and not as clean as possible.
AUEasy access, comfortable bed, padded bedhead, good coffee and tea making set up, nice windows and good ensuite bathroom. Convenient lighting and power points well provided.
ITGood location. Walking distance to center. Not far from the river and canal.
Room was a bit tight. Just enough for a double bed.

USWifi was great, the small refrigerator and microwave were helpful as well. The hosts were responsive and helpful.
The water pressure in the shower was very problematic, especially during busy hours. It took me some time understand how it works best, but there were several days where I had to take cold showers.
