Osney Willow Studio Flat - Self Contained Studio Flat

The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the blanket was super soft.

We had real issues with the hot water. My partner had a shower that was scolding hot, no matter what he did and about 30-60mins later I tried to have a shower and at best, the water was warm. When I communicated this to the host, I was told "there is hot water 24hrs including the sink taps. And then given instructions on how to very specifically position the hot tap, to actually get hot water. It felt like I was being accused of making it up, but I'm not sure to what end. I had also tried every position and combination of positions available. There was no hot water. I tried again in the morning, with the same result. I replied giving more details and the host thanked me for the information and said she would call a plumber. Sadly that doesn't get me clean! Perhaps consider adding a leaflet or similar to the rooms containing information regarding it's quirks. We also only had one fork and no water glasses. Just wine glasses and mugs.

I would say it was lovely felt like home, the only thing when running the bath no hot water only running for a bit. But everything else was amazing.

Close to station. Relatively quiet street. Relatively good value.

Black keypad on black door difficult to see. Not really a studio flat. Smallish ensuite double bedroom with desk and chair, no comfy chair, microwave ( you could just about microwave a ready meal ) and small fridge in cupboard. Also iron / ironing board. You would need to use bathroom basin to wash up. Very poor soundproofing. I left after one night as man in room upstairs was talking to self, singing, making odd noises, wouldn’t come to his door when I knocked, made no response to requests made through door to be quiet.

It isn't a studio flat. It is a bedroom with an en suite and a mircowave and mini fridge in the cupboard. There wasn't enough utensils for both of us to eat together. You wash up in the bathroom sink. There wasn't no hot water- the shower was cold. The parking at the property is extra. It is very noisy. The doors slam and you hear people walking up and down the stairs. The room had mould.

Very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Felt safe. Microwave and mini fridge. Would stay again. Close to centre of Oxford by foot.

Not much hot water am.

Constant smell of something burning (cable?) in the room - not healthy
