We are very grateful to the owner for his hospitality, responsiveness, and help in solving our problems. New apartments with all the little details for a comfortable stay. Convenient underground parking in the apartment building. Easy convenient access to the heated outdoor pool and thermal baths area. We liked everything very much, we hope to come again.

This accommodation is absolutely perfect. Beautiful, well equipped, new, very clean apartment with terrace combined with access (included) to the wellness area of the Carbona Hotel. The spa has 2 smaller sitting pools, 2 whirlpools with thermal healing water, a large swimming pool, saunas, an outdoor adventure pool with heated water, surrounded by a pleasant garden. Great parking in the underground garage below the apartments. The location is also perfect, being almost in the centre of Hévíz (yet the apartment is completely quiet) and about 500 metres from the lake, 500 metres from a larger shopping centre and 300 metres from the market, where markets are held several times a week. The owner is very nice and friendly, he was waiting for us on arrival, explained everything to us, gave us recommendations for places of interest and we were pleased when he offered us the option of checking out later. There was nothing that we missed here, on the contrary we didn't want to go home and we will definitely be very happy to come back again. It was one of our best holidays.

Fullly equipped kitchen, comfy bed, pleasant and helpfull host, but the best thing is the inner pool of Carbona hotel. The appartment house is connected to the hotel itself so you just put on the bath robe and go explore... Thanks for amazing relax.

We called the host half hour before arrival and he vaited us at the ramp and guide us to the parking lot in a garage. Then he escorted us to the apartment, handed us the keys and then we went to the tour of the spa.

Everything was excellent!

This apartment can be described by one word. PERFECT. It is very clean, extremely comfortable, tastefully decorated, and to top it all, the host, Richard, is the kindest, most helpful, welcoming, and accommodating host we have ever met in our 15 years of traveling! The apartment is located on the second floor and faces the courtyard with a big tree, which provides shade to the apartment and makes the balcony comfortable to sit on any time. It is also very quiet because you don't hear any cars passing by. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook any meal. The size and the layout of the apartment are very comfortable. If you can book it, consider yourself lucky!
