Bien situado . Al estar en planta baja, muy cómodo. Zona tranquila para dormir. Transporte público muy cerca

Pocos cubiertos, cazos quemados , ni un mantel, ni un trapo…., y no hay microondas. demasiados enchufes de luz que no sirven para mucho Mucha apariencia, pero en general , faltan cosas importantes Colchón grande, pero viejo Todo zona azul en Bolonia , y también donde está el apartamento

Obiekt był nie posprzątany, w łazience przy prysznicu chodziły mrówki. Nie dostaliśmy świeżej pościeli, kazano mi sobie wyciągnąć pościel z szafy w której leżały kogoś brudne buty i ogólnie był syf. Za takie pieniądze ten apartament absolutnie nie spełnia oczekiwań.

Nulla, anzi forse solo il letto molto comodo.

Sporca, divani macchiati, alcune parti di casa trascurate e danneggiate . Ed infine chi mi ha ospitato per ragioni ancora non note mi ha accusato di aver sfondato i muri rotto i battiscopa è sparso, immondizia per casa. ho chiesto un confronto diretto e dal vivo nell’appartamento dato che il check out è stato fatto come da loro indicato in maniera autonoma. Mi hanno dato appuntamento nell’appartamento ma loro non si sono mai presentati dopo tre quarti d’ora d’attesa, comportamento molto scorretto e sleale.

разрешили заселиться раньше, понравилось что есть 2 телевизора со смарт тв,есть стиральная машина, сушильная машина , так же есть вентилятор который очень спасал ( не сильно поолучилось разобраться с термостатом и как им управлять) но в квартире прохладно, от духоты не умрете точно)

не хватало сахара/соли и масла для жарки, а так все супер!)

We originally had another apartment but upon arrival decided that it was not good and found this apartment and we could come immediately. This apartment and the host SAVED the day! Thank You! The property is as described. Best of all, it is street level. The host is quite nice - I had some issues with the washing machine, but it was MY error. You must close the metal barrel - if you do not, it will sound like the world is collapsing. We spoke via video a few times. Without that, I would have never found the apartment or mastered/tamed the washing machine :)

The air con situation. It was quite warm and there seemed to be air con, but not available for tenants to use. This was a minor inconvenience.

Super clean and spacious flat. The only downside is that it is dark because it is on the ground floor and a bit below the street level.
