Appartamento Lusso Centro Bologna - Freedom Gli Artisti

Great place, very good location, beautiful interior design. Apartment very well equipped, everything necessary (and even more - we loved golden bucket for ice :)) ) was there. Fast and easy check in process.

Air condition could be working better.

Location was good, at the edge of ZTL. Near to the supermarket. Easy to check in and out. Nice design.

Bathroom door was not working. We had some Hard time to open it. Also shower needs maintenance. There was a bad smell in the house. Dirty towels were still in the house. We pay 40€ for cleaning. The house should be clean without any excuse.

First impression, the interior design but that masked all the other negative issues that came with the apartment.

We are usually very forgiving about the places we stay at, but there were too many issues that can’t be overlooked. 1) the bathroom was filthy and the tiles were loose in the shower, the shower head was broken and the shower drain was clogged. We almost got locked inside of the bathroom because the door handle was broken as well. 2) the airconditioning didn’t work so it was 30 degrees in the rooms at night. 3) last but not least, we booked for 4 adults, but there was only one bed and one sofa bed, even though completely unfolded, it was most definitely not enough for two people, so one person had to sleep on the floor. The linens weren’t clean and there were no pillows and sheets for the sofa bed. I gave them plenty of time to respond or come up with a solution but the only one was that they’d give us a discount on our next stay at one of their properties—sorry but would not want to repeat this experience ever again!

The apartment was beautifully furnished and clean.

There was no air condition, only a windmill. During the night we had 31 degrees so it was impossible to sleep. We had too few towels. Additionally the shower was broken. I can not recommend this place.

Perfect location and very good price/value ratio

The air conditioning didnt work (it was 35 degrees) and they didnt notice us in advance so we almost couldnt sleep. There is a window on the toilet door which we didnt understand. The doorknob broke in the middle of the night and we could not open the toilet door.

Interestingly furnished apartment good location

While apartment was interestingly furnished at first it seems maintenance is not on par. There seems to be air conditioning but there is a "do not touch" sticker which is sad. There was no hot water at all. We arrived late in the evening to depart early morning, so didn't contact the hosts to repair
