- AC was not working, it was incredibly hot especially during the nights. opening the windows was uncomfortable because of the ground floor everybody could look into the bedroom -The Shower was smelly and moldy -Ants were in the living room and in the end also in our bags… -They tried to make it super fancy but with cheap stuff in my opinion

Not a usual flat, but good designed apartment. Bed and furniture are still in good condition.

The shower is a complete disaster. Mouldy smell as soon as you open it, mould on the ceiling, in the niche inside. Disgusting and even harmful. Broken thermostat: the water is either ice cold or boiling hot. Managers don't care and offer no suitable solution apart of 20% off next booking. Kidding? No way I ever book something from them.

Design and location

The shower is full of mold and smells so bad, the washing machine is not working, some of the pots and pan in the kitchen are too old, while others cannot be used on the induction stove. Overall bad experience. We paid only for nice design but what we really needed was little comfort...

everything was great. the location is good, not far from the center, parking for 5 euros / day is also nearby, the apartments are fully equipped, everything is fine, Bologna super

Very nice apartament, good faciliy, modern and clean.

They let us from the house a bottle of wine, very nice from them, but nothing to open the bottle so, we didn't drink it.
