An der Unterkunft selber war alles gut.

Das unsere kleine Handtasche nach unserem Check-In an der Lobby geklaut wurde. Wir sind uns sicher, dass es einer vom Personal war und die Zuständigen es vertuschen wollten. Wir haben zwei Fotos von den Sicherheitskameras gesehen, die kaum Aussagekräftig waren. Auf Anfrage wollten die Angestellten uns nicht weitere zeigen. Vertraut nichts dem Personal!

The towels and bed sheets cleanness was the issue. It has bad smell always. The receptionist gave me a room which was not as per my booking.

"It does what it says it does"

The fact that they charge a room service for both delivery and the food even though it’s all inclusive and we have paid already as my wife was ill one night and we couldn’t get to the restaurant, also hard to book the restaurants, and to the rest you have to pay €50 just to eat the food even though we only pay for the food which I don’t really agree with
