All ok

I was at the residence (adult only) two years ago and could benefit of the Akra facilities. This time, even without the baby, we could not get in the residence from Akra Hotel

Nice location, nice pools, big territory

The facilities are outdated, premises requires repair in my opinion. The canteen food is too simple and not so delicious. The food location and tables locations are so far from each other, very uncomfortable. The restaurants food was ok. The general manager was not speaking english, was not able to solve my issues. Rules are too strict for families with kids, charged me lots of extra money for small kid 5 y.o. who was not on the booking (yeap its my fault) without any alternative. Absolutely not friendly position. Either cancel booking without return of money, or pay 300 euro for 1 day 2 nights. I never seen anythibg like that im my entire live, thus im travelling a lot. After scandal decreased to 150 euro, but still.... I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone. They are just earning money, but prividing very poor service and bad client relations.

Mis sold information on the extent of the ultra all inclusive. Lack of communication between Booking.com and the hotel with the hotel not providing booking.com with all the necessary information.

Le meilleur hotel dans lequel je suis allé. Hotel récent très bien réalisé. Personnel exceptionnel.

J'aurais aimé un peu plus de lumiere dans la salle de bains.
