Nice property. Beautiful design. So so location

The front of house staff were absolutely wonderful and catered to our every need via WhatsApp - they are a credit to the hotel. The hotel is brand new and the bedroom was incredibly comfortable. The location is slightly away from other restaurants and bars which meant it was very quiet and peaceful during the day time. Free electric bikes for our use as well was a nice touch (but should have been charged / with inflated tyres!)

Important to note that overall we had a good stay and the following comments are feedback only. It had a real feeling of an end of season stay. Staff members sitting around on their mobiles, which gave a feeling of being not as looked after as you would expect from a 5 star resort (i.e. had to go and ask someone to come and serve us). Given how quiet it is during the day, some improvements could be done to enhance / create the atmosphere (music etc). On my last morning I was working out in the gym and observed someone (I think the owner) shouting at a member of staff - extremely unprofessional in front of paying guests.

They need to sort out their new opening kinks still. Not so many amenities. Nothing you can walk to as the property is surrounded by a car only road. Just doesn’t feel worth the five star prices for what you’re getting.

We chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews as well as recommendations from friends. Although it has only recently opened from the very first moment you walk in you realize that your stay will be truly enjoyable. One of the hotel’s highlights is definitely the staff in all departments who are always willing to assist you with anything you may need. The reception team welcomed us warmly offered recommendations for restaurants and excursions helped us with car rental and supported us with every request. A special thank you goes to Eleni, Koralia, and Iouliani for their kindness and willingness to resolve every issue Breakfast is served buffet style with a wide variety of fresh products and a special focus on sweet options. The hotel also features a restaurant with a lovely rooftop offering views over Naxos Town. Every dish we tried was excellent, especially the calamari with taramas and the terrine potatoes. What impressed us the most was the fully automated room, especially the electric curtains. We also appreciated the detail that the soaps and amenities were provided by a local company renowned for its perfume production as well as the outdoor area During our stay we also met the owner a polite and ambitious young man named Antonis who told us about the project his love for the island its local flora and fauna as well as his vision for the regeneration of the area. We will definitely return for a longer stay P.S. They also provide free electric bicycles which are perfect for exploring the area!

Le camere sono molto belle e spaziose. Il personale è molto gentile

É nuova come struttura, alcuni dettagli sono ancora work in progress. La posizione non ha senso per un 5* che ambisce ad essere il top a Naxos. La vista è sulla strada e non si vede il mare. La jacuzzi/piscina non ha privacy essendo in mezzo all’area di passaggio. La palestra all’aperto non ha uno specchio. Al momento non vale il prezzo per essere a Naxos.

Laguna Coast Resort is a hidden paradise just 5 minutes from Naxos Town. In front of the resort lies a stunning untouched beach, surrounded by an incredible natural ecosystem. From check-in I was amazed to learn that this project is recognized as one of the world’s most sustainable – and you can truly feel it everywhere. The atmosphere is magical: relaxing on the veranda, by the pool, with views of Naxos Town in the distance and the dramatic cliffs around you is unforgettable. The staff are wonderful, the breakfast the best I’ve ever had, and dinner at the restaurant simply a masterpiece. This place radiates a unique energy of serenity and inspiration. Not just a hotel – an experience you never want to leave.
