Situation géographique de l'hôtel, au bord de la route avec des voitures qui passent en continu nuit et jour. Ce point n'était pas du tout mentionné ni sur le site de l'hôtel ni sur Booking. L'hôtel est très récent, donc on a l'impression qu'il est posé au milieu d'un terrain vague, au bord de la route. Si le petit déjeuner est de grande qualité, la terrasse n'est pas très conviviale . Le transfert entre le port et l'hôtel est payant, 60€...Quand on paie une chambre 1000€ la nuit, la moindre des choses c'est qu'il soit gratuit. Nous avons voulu par ailleurs, compte tenu de la situation géographique, annuler notre séjour, Booking et le manager de l'hotel se sont renvoyés la balle car inannulable.....A part le transfert, aucun effort commercial n'a été fait.

It was our honeymoon, we were very excited to go to Laguna Coast and our expectations were met and more! First of all i’d like to say that the team that were in contact with us everyday made our stay even more special. I’d like to give a special mention to Iouliani, Koralia, Eleni and Redon 🥰 The place is incredible and peaceful, the bedroom was very beautiful, comfy and well perfumed! Very very clean. The breakfast was flawless and also their restaurant Raw Evo delicious. We really loved.

It is beautifully designed and decorated, elegant and well appointed. The We stayed in one of the ‘villas’ with our own small pool. The beds were very comfortable and excellent quality bed linen and various pillows. The food was very good indeed and the staff were without exception very professional, lovely and lovely.

I didn’t dislike anything. We were happy with our pool (there is also an outdoor gym and steam room) but please note there is not a large pool in the hotel for e.g. families.

The facilities and the staff were amazing! The reception team was very helpful. I would like to make a special mention to Julia as all her tips were excellent and contributed to our great time in Naxos! Also the decor of the rooms, its size and the confy beds were great!

The restaurant could be a little better. The staff in the restaurant could be increased in order to be able to work better.

It's a beautiful hotel, a few kinks to iron out yet, however. Simple things like having more than a towel rack in the room, when you can also have plenty of wall hooks, shelves, etc. But the rooms are great, the staff is great, the food and drinks are terrific. The design is great.
