Dirty , could not get a towel “ because housekeeping doesn’t come in until 830 am” The smell of large amounts of bad air freshener in the room was over powering

Old and uncared for (toilet seat so old the paint was rubbed off). One (1) luggage cart for the entire facility. No amenities . No breakfast at all...but can't even supply a cup of coffee.

The staff are very disrespectful. Housekeeping is sleeping with housekeeping. I was here for 3 days with no electric. My refrigerator went bad. My insulin is not good. The lady in the office was getting smart with me cuz I asked who was going to replace my medicine. She going to say you act like you can die from it b**** I can. I am diabetic and without my insulin I will end up in the hospital. I've been calling up there for 2 days to ask where I'm going to get my money back or when I'm going to be reimbursed a little bit. I've been here 3 days with no electric me and my kids and then the 4th the third day it was the firefighters in here because of the gas and I've been having headaches since. The place is a non-smoking place and it smells like cigarette mothballs and stinking coochie in the office hallways

Non smoking but awful smoke smell throughout.

The only positive factor was the sweet girl at the front desk (not the one who checked me in). She gave me another room at my request, allowing me to move away from very noisy neighbors, and truly cared about the guest's comfort as much as possible—huge thanks to her. Also, the fairly large free parking right at the entrance is a definite plus for guests with cars.

Low-grade place. The general crowd of guests doesn't exactly make you feel comfortable. Inside, it feels like a student dorm. No soundproofing at all: in the twin room, there is a door leading to the adjacent room, and the voices from next door are so loud it feels like they are talking right inside my bathroom. Odd-numbered rooms face away from the highway, but the view can hardly be called aesthetic. Even-numbered rooms face a busy highway—noisy both day and night. There are no shops or cafes nearby where you could grab even a bite to eat. The Wi-Fi is very mediocre.

Was good.
