"Clean and Roomy room"

How clean it was!!!i m very picky and also work at a Marriott..so I have high standards!!

When I extended yesterday the guy at front desk would not give me an updated key until I returned the one from the night before!!I had just got off my graveyard shift and had to walk all over hotel and find my husband with the other key!!!He is a Traumatic Brain Injury Survivor!!

"When asking for towels and wash cloths it shouldn’t be no issue at all for a guest! The fridge needed to be cleaned more"

It’s was okay just wasn’t that clean.

When asking for two extra towels and two wash cloths, the person asked what room am I am so when I told them they said no they don’t have any more.

"It was very uncomfortable and smelled really bad."

Nothing.

The property had a bad smell and a lot of drug users around hanging out. The sheets had stains and people kept knocking on my door throughout the night so I didn’t sleep well at all. I was worried someone would do something to my car or try to do something to me if I went outside of my room. I will never stay there again.
