The location is right on the main road. The hotel has a lift. Soap, towel, AC, electric kettle on demand, almirah available. Ready public transport and auto/taxi availability on road

The Staff are very Noisy at night! They kept on talking loudly with occasional screaming at night till about 1 am which was quite disturbing and this brought down my whole experience to zero!! As a solo traveller, I could not go to confront them as I felt endangered for the first time in a hotel.

Nothing.. Horrible place with worst management

Irresponsible, bunch of foxes and jokers managing the property.. no business ethics not have any courtesy.. After confirming the booking over the phone, after taking the payment and sending the receipt when went to the property they just said the hotel was full and there are no rooms.. one of the worst nightmare we had.

Made the reservation and paid in full. But when I reached the property, the staff there said no vacancy and retorted saying "Go and ask the person or the app people" I asked for refund of money paid, that too he said he has not received any payment nor any booking in my name. I showed the confirmation email from booking.com, to which he did not even bother to look. he just said no room available and almost chased me out.

Everything, but I felt grateful for not taking the rooms there, the employee at the reception himself set an example and the hotel ambience is not for family stay.. it looked like bachelors boarding house.

A big list. -hotel was arguing the amount we booked from this app is cheap, hence they cant take this booking. After so much of argument, they checkedin us, but still we paid 200rs extra. -staff are not trained, behaviour is not acceptable -paid 50rs for 2 bottles of water, 1 liters each(thats a loot) -Bedsheet had stains, looks like it was not changes after previous checkout -We had booked 2 rooms, early morning we just went out, and without our permission they entered to one room and cleaned everything. When we asked they said, they thought we did checkout already. -Staffs are not professional at all, one guy just banged the door in the morning , as soon as i opened the door he peeps in and looked around and said he came to inform about checkout. So ultimately it was a very bad experience overall. Hotel owner should take care of these behaviours otherwise you will have loose all your customers. We were group of friends(all male), still we felt so uncomfortable. Just think of couples or family’s staying at this hotel.
