Inspite of trying to contact the property ( hotel manager did not pickup ). Left message to the property 2 times about our arrival time. Despite that, upon reaching the manager said the place is overbooked and may not accommodate us. After showing the booking.com reservation he finally got us rooms which were in pretty bad state. One room had no water in toilet, other had tile broken. Booking.com showed 3600+ and 9% tax, but manager made us pay about 4600. Total disconnect between booking.com and actual, both in price and quality.
