Via RLV Green Palace

The room was only a two people room, but it was sold to us saying 3 people room. It was so small and not comfortable

The room sizes were not sufficient. Beds weren't properly cleaned. Beds were smaller than what was indicated to us

Completely enjoyable stay. Room was clean and provided all amenities Staff & Very good manager. friendly enthusiastic staff. I will surely visit again to them.

They charged extra money what I shown in booking.com, In booking site it shown 917 but asked me to pay extra and charged 1147 rupees. No air conditioning, no hot water , very poor water flow if you want to bath at least one bucket water needed , if you want to fill one bucket of water from tap it took almost 15 to 20 mins to that buckets due water flow is very slow . And cleanliness also also not expected . For extra charge I raise complaint to customer care but one lady not responded properly and not sort the issue . Staff also rude to provide AC and to grab extra money.bathroom without gyser/ hot water .

What a wonderful stay! The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and the views from our room were breathtaking.

The rooms at this hotel are very clean and comfortable. The beds are soft, the pillows are fluffy, and the bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed.
