The hosts are incredibly lovely people. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and taken care of well.

The small but bright single room not far from the City Centre was a very pleasant stay at a very reasonable price. The facilities are excellent with Georgian fittings in the bathroom and a kitchen with all the best mods. There was also a washing machine with tumble dryer . The hosts are very friendly and helpful with their darling quiet pet Pug as company. Ideally situated only 50 metres from the bus stop in a peaceful street.A good stay for discerning budget travelers when visiting Leicester.

It was cleaner,quieter and more welcoming than any hotel

It's a residencial area outisde city centre, i walked there no need to take a bus but still location its the weak point.
