Suites at Elara Las Vegas Center Strip-No Resort Fees

Room was clean, comfortable and very quiet which was great. Good location with access through planet hollywood to the strip.

Lacking some facilities compared to other hotels. Also had a strange moment at the end of check-in where we were taken to a separate desk and asked a bunch of questions.

Considering room costs at San Francisco and Santa Monica - our room was great value.

Pool closed too early at 8pm.

Super clean and conveniently located. Also, the unlimited bottled water from the concierge desks is a travel hack!

The person I dealt with in booking this was unprofessional, processes were severely outdated - and 100% against booking.coms own policies - and posed a data security risk in every single one of the 20 emails I got asking me for information they’d already received. Number provided for the property isn’t an answered phone number and 612 area code (Minneapolis). The entire time I genuinely feared I’d been scammed. Whoever runs this particular posting needs some help with professionalism and proper booking processes.

Good location just off the strip. No opportunity for room snacks or drinks but the room was spacious. We had a view looking south which was not much to see. All in all, an ok place to stay

No rubbish, room not serviced, would need to call if you want fresh towels or rubbish removed

Lots of room. I like the decor and amenities, such as the hot tub and movie projector.
