Comfortable 1BR Apt in Central Houston with Free Park

There were bugs in the bed. Horrible bites all around. Also there were bugs around the place. I asked for a partial refund for the really bad service and they didn't reply to me. Also the location is not that good. I really don't recommend this place. It is a mess

Overall the area is pretty good, around everything!

Very dirty , not up to part in the cleaning maintenance , horrible smell walking in!

The door has a deadbolt lock and a padded entry. The only thing that made it feel a bit safer to stay

This place is unkempt and not well clean. I'd bring alot of stuff from your own house to stay here. The stay was for 2 days..due to us coming in at 5 am friday I had to pay for Thursday as well. Was told we needed to in order to be accomadated....we were everything but that!!! FOR a 2 day stay we had 2 towels and 1 wash rag!!! The shower has no caddy or shelves for shampoos or condition. They did have their own dispensers in shower and it was super dirty and build up was on the end. The refrigerator handle was broken. And there was nothing to cook with!!! There was damage to walls in living room that has nit been fixed. Ans the only TV is in the living room. The living room also only had a small futon with a pull out bed there was nothing comfortable about trying to watch a movie in there. The drug addicts greet you upon going and coming. The apartment lot has a large sliding door and a door to the right of it. The sliding gate is a coded entrance but that really doesn't matter because the door stays wide open. It advertises parking 😑 and we had 2 walk a mile or so with all our belongings and shopping stuff each time. There is no parking if you do park inside have a camera going at all times and full coverage insurance. It was so packed we had a problem walking thru the cars to get to the apartment. The door to the apartments is a French style door only one side opens and it's also a hassle to get in and out with things im fairly slim and had trouble getting in and out.
